DATA COLLECTION
Any credit card or other financial information provided by you on this
websites' join form, in connection with goods or services ordered by you,
are not retained by us; rather, this information is transmitted over secure
dedicated data lines to our payment processing partner, who is required by
law to keep all such information in a completely secure data environment. We
limit the information collected about you to what is needed for conducting
business and offering products and services that might be of interest to
you.

TERMS

Amazing Networks Billing Terms
The current cost for Amazing Networks membership is based on the membership type
you have selected. Special short term price incentive packages may be
offered from time to time at our discretion. Any special short term price
incentive packages shorter than 30 days in duration will renew into a 30 day
membership unless otherwise specified.

Be sure to indicate which price package you prefer on your membership
application. This is a subscription service which will renew automatically
on a monthly/anniversary basis unless terminated by the Customer.

Rates are subject to change with notice provided to current members via the
following schedule. All current paying members will be sent email
notification of any rate change 30 days prior to the effective date of the
new pricing. The rate change will take effect on the first billing cycle fol
lowing the effective date of the new pricing. Customers may cancel (see
procedure below) at any time prior to their next billing cycle to avoid
price changes.

Payments
Billing will occur monthly based upon the start date of service. We are
extremely discrete: the charge will appear on a credit card statement as
MET DHD 800 935 5771. and no invoices of any kind will ever be sent.

Unbillable cards will result in immediate termination of service.


Cancellation of Membership by Customer
The Customer may cancel his/her account at any time by visiting the
customer service page.

No refunds will be granted for partial or total month's memberships;
regardless of the amount of use incurred on the member account.

Cancellation of Membership by Amazing Networks
Amazing Networks reserves the right to cancel membership at any time without
refund. Possible causes for termination include but are not limited to:

  a.. Resale or redistribution of Amazing Networks access.

  b.. Resale or redistribution of Amazing Networks content.

  c.. Granting access to Amazing Networks to minors.

  d.. Providing false information on the registration form.

  e.. Engaging in any activity which might compromise the security and
well-being of Amazing Networks network and content resources.

  f.. Abuse of Amazing Networks staff or fellow members.

  g.. Commercial use of Amazing Networks without permission.

Membership Billing and Cancellation
Is your site secure?
Our site uses 128-bit encryption to process all your charges. ALL your
information is 100% protected.

How often am I charged?
Monthly subscribers are charged once per month until you choose to end the
subscription.

How will this charge appear on my credit card statement?
All charges will be billed discreetly, appearing on your statement as
MET DHD 800 935 5771.

Why was my credit card rejected when I tried to join?
There are a number of reasons why your card has been declined or rejected:

  a.. Billing address does not match the bank information

  b.. CVS number does not match the card

  c.. Card has been used fraudulently in the past

  d.. Card reflects frequent chargebacks

What is your cancellation/credit policy?
Depending on your credit card service bureau's billing cycle, you may see a
single charge after cancellation (since statements are issued monthly, you
may have already passed into the new cycle prior to cancellation, but the
charge would not appear until the following statement). You will have access
to the site(s) for 30 days after the most recent charge, regardless of when
you cancel.

How can I cancel my membership?

Passwords and Your Account

I forgot my username and password.
Please visit the customer service page and follow the instructions displayed there.


My username and password do not work.
User names and passwords are case sensitive, so make sure that you type them
in exactly as they appeared in the original email that we sent you
containing the codes. You may want to cut and paste the codes directly from
the email to the dialogue box. If you are positive you have entered your
codes correctly, and they still don't work, contact support@amazing.net
